Sophie is an Operations & Research Associate based in our London office, working closely with Ryan Pelham and Michael Hunt to support the day-to-day operations of the business and assist across a variety of mandates.

With a keen eye for detail and a highly organised approach, Sophie plays a key role in ensuring processes run efficiently while providing research and operational support across the team. She enjoys bringing structure to complex tasks and takes pride in delivering high-quality work behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys reading, baking and travelling. More often than not, you'll find her unwinding after work on the sofa with a cup of tea and a good book.
