Born in Tokyo, I spent the first half of my life in Ukraine and Russia, and the latter half in Japan (Kanagawa/Tokyo). I previously drove global B2B sales at a Japanese trading company and later advised foreign companies on Japan market-entry talent acquisition.

Since starting my career in executive search, I have headhunted bengoshi into the financial services sector, and now focus on strategy and management consulting professionals in the Japan market under the guidance of Juhan Kim (ex-PwC/Deloitte).
