Chris Macleod
Cyber Practice Lead
Chris brings nearly 15 years of recruitment experience across the UK and Australia, specialising in BFSI, Government, MSP/MSSP, and technology sectors. Having worked in both internal talent acquisition and agency recruitment, he offers a well-rounded perspective shaped by roles with leading enterprises, including major banks and global SaaS companies, before returning to agency life to lead the Cyber Practice at Tardis Group.
His expertise spans permanent and contract recruitment, with a strong track record in building high-performing contract teams that deliver measurable impact for clients. Well connected across the APAC region, Chris has placed talent from junior specialists through to CISOs and regional leaders, always with an emphasis on transparency, partnership, and solving complex hiring challenges.
Away from work, Chris is a passionate football fan (and isn’t shy about weaving football analogies into recruitment conversations). He also enjoys training and fitness, and brings a Bristol-meets-Sydney outlook to life.
He values honesty, humour, and social responsibility and generally being a bloody good human.
